Disinfection foam to combat mould in hollow floors

Water damage often leads to the formation of mould and bacteria in hollow floors. Suitable remediation measures for these situations have been virtually impossible to find until now. Disinfection of the ambient air in a sports hall after the remediation of areas infested with mould

During the remediation of areas infested with mould, high quantities of mould spores are often released that can not only spread throughout the affected room, but usually spread throughout the entire building due to the good dispersibility of many spores. This situation makes it necessary for all surfaces to be deep cleaned subsequent to any remediation. Mould infestation on blind shuttering

A mould infestation was identified on blind shuttering in the basement of a sports hall. The mould that occurred should be killed and removed. A mould remover that is as safe as possible and leaves no harmful residues was to be used to kill the mould. Alcohol did not come into consideration because of the large area and the risk of fire and explosion. It was therefore treated with JATI SPE Mould Remover that fulfilled all the requirements.
After the treatment, the dead mould could be removed after a reaction time of 60 minutes.

A mould infestation occurred under the sprung floor in a sports hall as a result of water damage. Dismantling measures did not come into consideration for various reasons. The expert therefore recommended carrying out a disinfectant treatment with the new JATI 2KDS Cavity Foam System. In addition to the high effectiveness, the low fluid ingress is also a significant benefit of this method.
