INDU-MATIC 20 M Foaming Device

JATI Cavity Hose

The JATI Cavity Hose was developed to insert JATI 2KDS Cavity Foam System into cavities (such as sprung floors, raised floors, shafts and other hard-to-reach areas).

The special hose is characterised by flexibility as well as dimensional stability and is ideal for use in floor areas.

The hose is multi-layered. The inner hose with a diameter of 20 mm ensures the safe transport of the foam over the entire hose length of 1, 3 or 5 metres due to the structure of the surface. The fibreglass rod fixed to the hose provides stability as well as good flexibility. This allows for good and easy positioning in the cavity area. The outer rubber cable overlay hose with a textile coating serves as a safeguard against wear from abrasion on the floor.
The ball valve on the hose is connected with a GK safety hose coupling. If several hoses are being used at the same time, it is possible to switch easily and safely to the foaming device being used. The ball valve is used for easy dosage of the foam. Available in lengths of 1 m, 3 m or 5 m.
